Four figures, and we can answer properly
A useful first exchange needs four things: the size of your collection, your annual transactions, the library management system you run, and your timescale. With those we can tell you what configuration makes sense, what it will roughly involve, and what you do not need. Without them any answer is generic. We reply within two working days.
What we will come back with
- An outline configuration, including which parts we would leave out of a first phase
- The order of magnitude of each budget line, tagging included
- The questions to put to your LMS vendor, and why they matter
- If it is useful, an introduction to a library within reach that is already running the equipment
If you are at specification stage, send us the draft. We will tell you which clauses will get a verifiable answer and which ones every supplier can say yes to without risk. That review costs you nothing and it improves the responses you receive, including from our competitors.
